NCUIC – the National Council for Uniform Interest Compensation – is working to update its bylaws and charters to extend, as far as feasible, the same organizational structure as other NACHA councils to NCUIC members and to help increase member benefits.
It is anticipated that the updated bylaws and charter - which may be combined into one document - will be in place by the end of the year.
